Even though it is a sensitive topic I managed to interview several
people about the challenges that might be related.
To study their trip planning process and what application or
tools they use for finding Restrooms In the easiest and fastest way.
I asked questions such as how they chose their Restroom when they
travel outside their home.

People are ready to go further or pay for restrooms that are cleaner.
For example - for some people, it will be very important that the restroom they will use be in a good sanitary condition. Clean, Hand soap available, Toilet paper available, and more.

People recommend each other and share this information freely with friends sometimes even proud of the discovery.

The safety of public restrooms is an important issue, especially for women.

Anonymity for reviews
Most users will not want to share their identity
on such a sensitive issue. Therefore when you sign up to the app a username is chosen for you and there is an explanation why you need to sign up in the first place Also, there are no social media sign-up options
to keep anonymity.

As well as just before submitting the review there is
a reassurance that the review is anonymous.
